For example, many items on our site show 72-hour availability. If you select Standard Shipping, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 3 day (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 6 to 10 days after you place your order.

Standard shipping for APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. protectorate addresses is via the U.S. Postal Service.

International Shipping Information

For example, many items on our site show 72-hour availability. With Standard Shipping, your shipping time will be 7 to 21 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 3 day (availability) + 7 to 21 business days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this items at your front door 10 to 24 business days after you place your order.

 A note about standard shipping: Packages sent via standard shipping go by surface mail. Shipping time varies widely depending on the destination. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the United Kingdom, 6 to 8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to Brazil, to name a few. 
 
 
 

Customs Information

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing lotions, lamps, and parts titles will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

Lotion value:     $30.00
Lamp value:       $13.95
Part value:       $39.95

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
